Order Restrictions and Acceptance
When you place an order you make a purchase offer on your part that is accepted only at the moment in which we send you an email confirming that the product has been shipped and that it contains a shipping number. The formalization of the purchase is subject to the availability in stock of the products, for that reason will not be part of the contract of purchase those products whose shipment we have not confirmed by email.
Restrictions on delivery
Ebbelt only ships in Europe. In the case that you have placed an order for a different country, you will have the right to cancel the transaction and to reimburse any amount disbursed.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation immediately through your email. This email, however, does not represent the acceptance of your order, as it is subject to the receipt of your part, the email confirming that the products you have ordered have been sent.
The orders you make will have a fixed.
The delivery of all our products is done from the logistics point of the distributor, making all the necessary efforts to meet the estimated delivery times of 24 to 72 hours according to the destination and day of order for Spain and 4.5 days Europe. Do not forget to take into account that the delivery times are estimates. In the remote possibility that 30 days have elapsed since email received the confirmation of your order without having received it, you can freely cancel the order and get a full refund of the price paid, including shipping costs. Only deliveries are made through transport companies, so do not forget that you will have to sign the receipt of your order at your reception. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
If at the moment of receiving the products you find that the packaging is damaged, open the package in the presence of the carrier to be able to check that they have not suffered damages. If you have suffered them, write them on the delivery note of the carrier and contact us through info (at) ebbelt.com If the product is defective, or by mistake is different than what you wanted, we will send you Immediately the correct product assuming the shipping costs or refunding the price of the product in case it is not available in stock. In case the product has not met your expectations, you will have 14 business days from the time of delivery to return it with the full refund of the product and the initial shipping costs. To do this, you must contact info (at) ebbelt.com and explain the instructions to follow, as well as the address to which the product should be sent. To make the return effective, you must send the product in the same conditions with which it arrived, the same packaging and everything that goes inside the box. In this case, the cost of return will be borne by the customer. The offices of Ebbelt are in the municipality of Ontinyent (Valencia, Comunidad Valenciana) taking advantage of the holidays of said locality.
